Preliminary Discussion about MOU sign between Southern Clothing’s Ltd. and Department of Apparel Manufacturing Management and Technology

A fruitful discussion has been accomplished successfully with the management of Southern clothing’s Ltd. and the faculty members of the department of Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology (AMMT) regarding the various issue of collaboration process. one of our former student named Abdullah Al Shafi has played vital role for this collaboration.

Southern Clothings Ltd. Is dedicated to delivering quality knitwear that not only satisfies the varying needs of warmth but also providing expert craftsmanship to create stylish and fashionable knitwear products for women, men, and children.

Southern Clothings Ltd. (SCL) manufactures quality flat knit outer wear at our factory located in Zirabo, Ashulia, and Dhaka, Bangladesh. We operate throughout the year, producing flat-knit garments across 3, 7, 12 and 14 gauges and knit accessories such as gloves, scarves, and hats.

A Preliminary discussion about (MoU) sign between Southern Clothings Ltd.and department of Apparel Manufacturing Management and Technology of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology was held on 4^th October 2022.

The MoU aims to promote mutual collaboration between the two organizations in different aspects to foster timely and action-oriented research, internship opportunities and awareness building to promote practical based education and cooperation to boost the development of educational process of university in while benefiting the students.

The MoU is expected to promote the opportunities of internship, job and research , the vocational training for soft skill development programs for undergraduate and graduate students, create employment for our students in buying houses and garments .
