Graduation Dinner Party of Department of AMMT

On Sunday, December 19, The department of Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology (AMMT) of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology organized a ‘Graduation Dinner Party’ in order to celebrate 31^st batch’s Farewell program. It was a grand ceremony where a hundred students attended the program.

All the faculty members of the department along with Vice-Chancellor Professor Shamsun Nahar, Prof. Dr. Yasmin Ahmed, Advisor and Head, Dept. of Government & Politics, Arch.  Hosne Ara Rahman, Advisor, Faculty of Design and Technology, Dr. Masud Al Noor, Joint Registrar (Admin) and Head, Dept. of Business Administration were presented at the function. Students’ received distinguish guests with warm welcome and flowers.

Additional Head, Farjana Mita of the concern department started the program with her welcome speech, she expressed the happiness and thanked the distinguish guests to join the program, Coordinator Mr.Rajib Das also utter few words regarding upcoming professional life. Engr. Reashad Bin Kabir was the moderator of the program. However, Students of 31^st batch Shefa Hasan and Tasmia Zaman Dreamy anchored the entire session.

Professor Mustafizur Haque , Chairman, board of trustees was the chief guest of the program. In his fantastic speech, he described hard work have the ability to change anyone’s fate for better future. He also shared his personal experiences and challenges that he faced in his life when studied in Japan as well as in workplaces in Bangladesh.

The other guests also inspired & motivated the students with their mesmerizing speeches on the day.

The later part of the session included the distribution of crests, cake cutting and photo session. After that the students, teachers and the guests gathered in a decorated dinning space for the grand dinner. It was a fantastic colorful event.

The outgoing students performed couple of songs to cheer up themselves at the closing of the program; they also live it on their personal Facebook.
