Communication Community were successfully organized under the Department of Business Administration of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT) on the university campus. The event was graced by the presence of Professor Dr. Md. Shah-E-Alam, Vice Chancellor of SMUCT, as the Chief Guest, while Professor Mostafizul Haque, eminent artist and Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT), SMUCT, attended as the Guest of Honour. The program was presided over by Professor Dr. Behzad Noor, Head of the Department of Business Administration.
The official inauguration session of the DBA Communication Community was started with the opoening speech given by Md. Mahbubul Ahsan, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, who emphasized the community’s role in enhancing students’ communication skills, leadership development, and professional readiness. Certificates provided by Vtutor were distributed among the students who participated in the PowerPoint MOS Contest 2025, recognizing their achievement and active engagement in skill-based learning.
In his concluding remarks, Professor Dr. Behzad Noor encouraged students to actively participate in such co-curricular initiatives and highly appreciated the efforts of the DBA Communication Community. The program concluded with a vibrant cultural segment, where DBA students showcased their talents through various performances, adding color and enthusiasm to the overall event.
