Milad & Doa Mahfil for Mr. Rafiqul Islam Siddiqui Sir

A Milad and Doa mahfil was held at Building No.1 on 02 August 2019 to pray for the salvation of the departed soul of Mr. Rafiqul Islam Siddiqui, renowned teacher of Fashion Design & Technology who died on heart attack on 25 July 2019. The milad and doa mahfil was conducted by Mr. Md. Ishaq, Head of Dept of Islamic studies and Mr. Moniruzzaman.

Hon’ble Chairman Mr.Md. Imamul Kabir Shanto, Hon’ble Vice Chairman Dr. Ahsanul Kabir, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Quazi Mafizur Rahman, teachers and students of the university and others attended the milad and doa mahfil.

Earlier, a short discussion was held on the life and activities of Mr. Rafiqul Islam Siddiqui which was participated by Hon’ble Vice Chairman of the Trustee Board of the university Dr. Ahsanul Kabir, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Quazi Mafizur Rahman, Lt Col Abdus Salam Mian (Retd), Director, TI & Student Counseling, Prof. Monwara Begum, HoD, FDT, Mr. Tushar Kanti Das, Additional Head, FDT, Mr. AKM Sirajul Islam, Deputy Controller, Md. Shakil Hossain, Asst. Registrar and Mr. Md. Ishaq, HoD, Islamic studies. Few students also spoke on the occasion.
