Graphic Design and Multimedia – 24th Batch Final Exhibition

A three day final exhibition of the 24^th batch of the Department of Graphic Design and Multimedia (GDM) of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology was held at the University Creative Hub during June 29-July 01, 2019. The exhibition was a part of the academic curriculum where 31 students exhibited all of their works done during their course of study. Prof. Dr. Quazi Mafizur Rahman, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology inaugurated the exhibition. Renowned artist and Hon’ble member of the Trustee Board Prof. Mustafizul Haque attended the inauguration ceremony and went round the works of the students along with other guests and high officials. Among others Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Halim Saikh, Acting HoD GDM, and Dean, Faculty of Design Technology, Lt Col Abdus Salam Mian (Retd), Director, TI & SC, Prof. Dr.Yasmin Ahmed, Director IQAC, Sk. Shahabuddin Ahmmed, Assistant Professor & Coordinator of the Department were present in the inauguration ceremony. Mr. Abdul Halim Motu and Arafat Hosen, course teacher of the module ‘Exhibition’ and ‘Portfolio’, faculty members, officials and participating students also attended the inauguration ceremony.

A colourful souvenir was published on the occasion. Selected works of 31 students were published in the souvenir. A good number of visitors, students and their parents, faculty members visited the 3-days exhibition. The students’ works were highly acclaimed by the visitors.
