Mr. Mashiuddin Anwar Ahmed is an experienced academic and administrative professional with a strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science. He obtained his M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka in 1985 and a B.Sc. in 1983 from Shaheed Suhrawardy College under the same university. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ahmed has served in both teaching and administrative roles. He began his professional journey as a Lecturer in Mathematics and later worked as a Programmer in the IT sector. He joined the Green University of Bangladesh, where he contributed as a Faculty Member (Mathematics) and later took on several key positions in the Office of the Controller of Examinations, including Assistant Controller, Senior Assistant Controller, and Deputy Controller of Examinations.

He subsequently served at Bangladesh Islami University as Deputy Controller of Examinations, Controller of Examinations (In-Charge) from 01 December 2012 to 07 August 2023 and 08 August 2023 to 12 September 2025 as Controller of Examinations, where he played a pivotal role in examination management, coordination, and academic administration.

With over three decades of diverse professional experience, Mr. Ahmed has contributed significantly to higher education through both teaching and examination management, demonstrating excellence in academic leadership, IT integration in administration, and institutional development.
