Farewell & Dinner Party of AMMT Department

On Wednesday, March 23^rd, 2022; Department of Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology organized a ‘Grand Farewell Dinner Party’ for students of 32^nd batch at the Buffet Times, Uttara.  It was a majestic occasion for the coming up graduates. Total 42 students has participated the program.

Eminent Artist Prof. Mustafizul Haq, Chairman (BoT) was the Chief Guest of the program, Prof. Shamsun Nahar, Vice-Chancellor (In-Charge), Farjana Mita, Additional Head of the said department were the Special Guests. Dr. Par Mosiur Rahman, Registrar; Arch. Hosne Ara Rahman, Dean (In Charge); Dr. Masud Al Noor, Joint Registrar (Admin) & Head (DBA) & all the Faculty Members of AMMT Department were appeared as a guest on this program.

Additional Head, Farjana Mita of the respective department commence the program with her welcome speech; she expressed her feelings and thanked the SMUCT authorities to show up in the program. She given students a guide line what they should do after graduation meanwhile, Mr. Rajib Das, Coordinator also addressed the students and delivered few instructions for their professional life. He also wished good luck for students’ better future. Engr. Reashad Bin Kabir was the moderator of the program.

Jannatul Ferdous Lasmin & Anik Islam Chowdhury student of 32^nd Batch anchored the entire ceremony.

Eminent Artist Prof. Mustafizul Haq, Chairman (BoT) delivered a fantastic speech; he described how education and hard works have the ability to change anyone’s life drastically. He also said, they should be ready to bump into any kind of challenges because facing these challenges and lesson from them is what makes anyone better in life. In addition to this, he also shared his personal experiences and challenges that he encountered in his life when studied in Japan as well as in workplaces in Bangladesh.

The other guests also motivated and inspired the students with their mesmerizing speeches.

The second session included the distribution of crests. After that the students, teachers and the guests gathered in a decorated hall for the grand dinner.The auspicious ceremony ended with photo session.
