Admission requirements
Admission requirements for Bachelor of Music (Hons) programme:
- The students must have a minimum of 2.00 GPA/3 rd Division with at least 40% marks or equivalent grade at every level of SSC and HSC or equivalent public examinations with any background.
- Students with Edexcel/Cambridge IGCSE background must have at least five ‘O’ level examinations and two ‘A’ level examinations with equivalent 2.00 GPA (A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2 and E = 1) at each stage.
Masters of Music in Rabindra/Nazrul/Classical: (1 year or 2 years track)
- A Bachelor degree in music will be required for admission into 1 year Master of Music programme.
- Students who have Bachelor degree in other disciplines (including degree pass course) will be considered for admission into two years Master of Music programme.
- Students must have minimum 2.00 CGPA/ 3rd Division with at least 40% marks at the Bachelor level.
