Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology has been offering the Business Administration program to students since 2003 under the Faculty of Management of General Studies. The objective of this department is to serve the industry and organization by providing quality professionals on Business Administration. The Department of Business Administration has an outstanding faculty committed to world-class teaching and research. Faculty members employ case studies, real-world applications, classroom and on-site interaction with students and also facilitate learning among our students. 

The Business Administration Department offers both Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Major in Human Resource Management (HRM), Marketing, Accounting and Information System (AIS), Finance and Banking and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in the above mentioned fields under one year & two year track. We take a personal interest in the development of our students. Our graduates are much in demand. 

The department is capable of producing outstanding business leaders, who are critically addressing the challenges that individuals, organization and society at large in the century. The Business Administration Department promotes among students the intellectual ability to think and act appropriately in the ever evolving business environment. This department develops students with an entrepreneurial attitude who are human-oriented and environmentally sensitive for the workplace.
